Jeffrey S. Raynor is president of Raynor Law Firm, P.A., and president of All Florida Land Title Company, which have offices in Juno Beach, Hobe Sound and Port St. Lucie, Florida. Mr. Raynor founded Raynor Law Firm in 1988 and started All Florida Land Title in 1993. Raynor Law Firm specializes in the areas of real property, title insurance, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and general corporate and business law.

Mr. Raynor was previously associated with the law firms of Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn, Palm Beach, Florida; Wien, Malkin & Bettex, Palm Beach, Florida; and Paskus, Gordon & Mandel, New York, New York. Mr. Raynor is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York, and is an authorized agent for Ticor Title Insurance Company and Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc.

Mr. Raynor's bar memberships and professional associations include Florida Bar; New York Bar; U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; Florida Bar Association; Palm Beach County Bar Association; New York State Bar Association; and American Bar Association. He is certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law, is rated "A-V" by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the nation's leading independent legal directory, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for ability and ethical conduct, and is a Florida Circuit Civil Certified Mediator.

Mr. Raynor is an affiliate member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors, and member and past chairperson of the realtor/attorney committee; affiliate member of the Realtor Association of Martin County; founding member of the Attorneys' Real Property Council of Palm Beach County; member of Business Ideas Group, Inc.; past member of the board of directors of and former counsel to Loxahatchee Historical Society; counsel to Children's Golf Foundation; and former chairperson of the board of trustees of St. Mark's Episcopal School.

Educated at the State University College of New York, Mr. Raynor also is a 1980 graduate of New York Law School. A native of Long Island, New York, Mr. Raynor has resided in Florida since 1986.
